Pryor FFA chapter officers joined student leaders from across northeastern Oklahoma at the 2026 Oklahoma FFA Chapter Officer Leadership Training (COLT) Conference in Glenpool.

This year’s theme, “Go Forth and Conquer,” challenged officers to think about how they lead when conversations become difficult. Through sessions planned and led by Oklahoma’s eight state FFA officers, students practiced communicating clearly, working through conflict, and strengthening their chapter teams. Officers from 94 high school FFA chapters in the northeast area attended.

Keynote speaker Scott Mathie, a leadership educator and managing director of the TEAMTRI Training Agency, encouraged students to lead with enthusiasm, consistency, and purpose.

Pryor’s officers return with practical skills they can use as they serve their chapter and support fellow FFA members throughout the year.

The COLT Conference is sponsored by Public Service Company of Oklahoma as a special project of the Oklahoma FFA Foundation.
