Tigers in the News. The Pryor High School Tigers LifeSmarts team has been invited to represent the state of Oklahoma at the 32nd Annual LifeSmarts National Championship, to be held April 15–18, 2025, in Orlando, Florida.
The PHS LifeSmarts team consists of Senior Captain Carli Thomas, Senior Aurora Parks, Freshman Brooklynn Bender, and Freshman Harlee Rash. The team is coached by Sharon Rash, with assistant coaches Bea Roberson and Kristie Pendley.
Ryan A. Barhoush, Competition Coordinator with LifeSmarts and the National Consumers League, notified the team of the invitation to compete in the 32nd National LifeSmarts Championship after their strong performance in the online state competition, adding that he looks forward to seeing Pryor compete at the next level.
The team has put in countless hours of academic preparation to earn this honor and has also worked hard to raise funds for the trip through a golf tournament, cookie dough sales, an upcoming father-daughter dance, and service projects at the Burdick Center as they pursue the opportunity to compete at the national level.
We are incredibly proud of these PHS Tigers!
