The Lincoln Elementary cafeteria buzzed with energy as campus houses came together for the annual Welcoming Wheel Spin Ceremony, officially introducing Lincoln’s newest Tigers into the house system.
Excitement filled the room as new students stepped up to the brightly colored wheel, cheered on by Principal Dr. Wilkins, staff, and the student body. Each spin was met with anticipation, and when the wheel stopped, the cheers grew even louder as house members celebrated the arrival of their newest teammates. Students immediately felt the spirit of belonging as they joined their houses, ready to unite for the traditional cheer: “Eight Houses, One Family.”
Parents were also on hand to witness the joyful moment, capturing the excitement and pride as their children became part of the Lincoln tradition.
The House System at Lincoln Elementary is more than just colors and cheers—it’s designed to create a stronger sense of community. Each house provides a built-in support system, connecting students across grade levels and giving every Tiger a place to belong, grow, and lead.
At Lincoln, eight houses truly make one family.
