At the D.W. Correll Museum in Catoosa, Jefferson Elementary students found themselves surrounded by sparkling stones, ancient fossils, and vintage vehicles stretching back to 1898.

Rock or a gem, students wondered as they raked their fingers through boxes of sand, eagerly searching for hidden treasures. Students enjoyed the vintage cars and posed for pictures in front of sleek, antique automobiles.

The day was filled with smiles and togetherness. Students explored interactive exhibits and shared discoveries with friends. When lunchtime rolled around, they gathered to sit down, swap stories, and enjoy the fun of simply being together.

From curious questions to joyful chatter, the museum buzzed with energy. The field trip wasn’t just a journey through science and history—it was a day of friendship and fun.
