On September 26, Tiger representatives from all over the District gathered at the AVRA to celebrate Roosevelt Elementary's remarkable achievement of becoming a Leader in Me Legacy School!
PHS athletes greeted Roosevelt Tigers as they arrived, treating the elementary students to a VIP entrance. Dressed in their Legacy School shirts, Roosevelt Tigers welcomed members of the community to the celebration. It was a spirit-filled atmosphere with the band and choir performing for the crowd.
In true Roosevelt style, elementary students took centerstage, running the assembly with poise as they introduced speakers, performed songs, and entertained everyone with the 7 Habit Leadership dance. 🌟
Roosevelt is now 1 of only 21 Legacy Schools among the approximately 8,000 Leader in Me Lighthouse Schools found worldwide. Next stop: Legacy District!
