The Pride of Pryor was happy to represent Pryor High School and had great results at our first contest of the season at Oologah this past Saturday!
In the preliminary competition, The Pride earned 2nd place in Color Guard, 1st place in Drum Majors, and 1st place in Percussion in class 5A. The band received 2nd place in class 5A.
As one of the top 12 scoring bands regardless of classification, the Pride entered finals competition that evening where they received 2nd place in Drum Major and 1st Place in Percussion. In the finals competition, the Pride placed 5th, which is our highest placing since 2019.
