girls with lasagna

This year, PHS FCCLA is focusing on family, with one of their state projects being Lasagna Love. Tiger students are not only learning important life skills, such as cooking lasagna, in their culinary arts, but they’re also fostering a spirit of giving by supporting local Pryor families. As part of their focus on self-sufficiency, students are mastering cooking techniques while sharing the love with the community by delivering delicious, home-cooked meals made from scratch.

Lasagna Love, a national program that began during COVID-19, aims to show families “love” by providing them with homemade lasagna. PHS FCCLA members participated by preparing lasagnas for two families and delivering them this week. The students were happy to be able to share this gesture of care. Our students are committed to the Pryor community, and they’re excited to continue spreading love one meal at a time!
