Our Roosevelt Tigers are embarking on two exciting environmental projects, and we need the community's support to make them successful!
First, two of Mrs. Gietzen's classes are participating in an art contest hosted by Keep Oklahoma Beautiful. They are collecting plastic bottle caps, which they will use to create vibrant mosaics or sculptures made entirely from these caps. The more colorful the bottle tops, the more unique their creations will be!
The second project is a meaningful service initiative to raise funds for the Ronald McDonald House. Parents, this one is FREE to you! We ask that you save your pop tabs and send them to school. Our students will collect, count, and send the tabs to benefit the Ronald McDonald House, a wonderful organization that provides housing and support for families with children receiving medical care. Every pop tab is worth a penny, and every penny helps!
So, Tiger Families, we need your help. Please send your plastic bottle tops and pop tabs to school and join us in supporting these incredible student-led projects! Your help can make all the difference.
